• Story designers are now able to move drag-and-drop data elements (measures, dimensions, and so on) from the data panel directly into an existing chart visualization since SAC 2026 QRC2 update

• Since SAC 2026 QRC2 update, uses are now able to move drag-and-drop data elements (measures, dimensions, and so on) from the data panel directly into an existing chart visualization.
• Guided drop zones highlighting where data can be placed, such as measures, dimensions, and color, based on the chart type.
• Users are also able to replace existing bindings for charts with one element per structure, for example, donut chart supports one measure and one dimension, so dragging an additional element will show a replace drop zone.
• Limitation:
  • Drag and drop is only supported for existing, data-bound visualizations
  • Removing bindings via drag and drop is not supported
