3745789 - 'Balance as of' Field Does not Appear in the Workflow Details Page for Time Off Requests

In the Workflow Details page for a Time Off request, the 'Balance as of' field does not appear.

• It has been confirmed that the user viewing the time off request in the workflow details page has the required permissions assigned as outlined in the Time Off Workflow User Interface | SAP Help Portal section of the guide.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central > Time Off

1. Go to the Workflow Details page of a time off request that needs approval
2. Note that the 'Balance as of XX/XX/XXXX' field does not appear in the UI

In Configure Object Definitions > Object Definition > Employee Time, the value of the 'Default Screen' field is set to something other than 'No Selection'. The value selected in this field overwrites the workflow UI and therefore, the non Employee Time fields (such as 'Balance as of') are not shown as a result.

Remove the value selected in the 'Default Screen' field and the Workflow UI will behave as expected, showing the expected fields such as the 'Balance as of' field.
