Symptom

  • The standard bank account field (BANKN) is limited to 18 characters while some bank accounts are longer.
  • When entering a bank account with more than 18 characters, the system captures only the first 18 characters.
  • A requirement exists to accommodate more than 18 characters, but the Reference field is already in use and cannot be repurposed.
