3745860 - Running VL10* no delivery is created when using profile STOA – SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In VL10B, or job calling program RVV50R10C after starting delivery creation for an STO, the message “See log for information about creating deliveries” appears but no entry is recorded in the V_SA collective log
  • No delivery is created for the STO in the same run
  • TVST-IMESS is set to “X” but the V_SA log remains empty
