3745875 - Systemdb log backups fail with "no root key matching hash" after system refresh and ssfs key changes

Symptom

  • SYSTEM DB log backups consistently fail after a system refresh in which SYSTEM DB was recreated.
  • Tenant database backups complete successfully.
  • backup.log shows:
    No root key matching hash=0bdxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • During refresh, SSFS KEY and DAT were copied from source, then the target SSFS was reverted afterward.
