3745880 - IAG - Access Request Fails with 'User Doesn't Exist' - Case Sensitivity in User ID for C4C Application

Symptom

In IAG, when raising an Access Request to remove a C4C the role is not being removed due to the following error:

  • Group [GROUP_NAME] unassigned from user [USER_ID] ([User Full Name]) from business role [BUSINESS_ROLE_NAME]: Failed (User doesn't exist in system) — requested from Access Request with ID [REQUEST_ID]
