3745891 - Rich Text Editor (RTE) toolbar overlaps assessment question input after 1H 2026 release

• When editing assessment questions in the Learning administration, clicking a text input area opens the rich text editor formatting toolbar that overlaps and hides the input content.
• The overlap occurs when the page/window is not expanded to full screen.
