3745903 - IAG - Access Usage Report and Access Report are displaying grey window as User has mixed Role assignments across SAP BTP and SAP IAS

• When starting the usage report in IAG, only a grey/blank window appears, with only the header visible.
• No error message is displayed.
• The same behavior occurs when starting the tile from IAG >> Reports >> Access Report or Access Usage Report.

Sometimes the error below can be thrown due to the same error:
