Symptom
- After modifying agenda slots for a registered user, updated registration and calendar notifications are not automatically sent.
- Users do not receive updated email confirmations or revised calendar invites reflecting the changes.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Learning Administration
- Navigate to Learning Activities > Classes > Open any Class
- Click on Agenda and edit the time slot
- Users do not receive the updated calendar invite
Cause
- The system does not automatically trigger registration or calendar notifications when agenda slot changes are made after a user has already registered.
- Notification workflows are only executed during initial registration and do not re-trigger on subsequent agenda updates.
Resolution
- Admin users must manually resend notifications using the Resend Notification action after making changes to agenda slots.
- This action ensures that both updated registration details and revised calendar notifications are sent to the affected users.
