3745947 - MTAR Deployment in BTP NEO fails with "Could not create remote git repository: Repository already exists"

Symptom

While deploying MTAR in SAP BTP NEO environment, the deployment fails with below error.

[409]: “Could not create remote git repository: Repository already exists.”

Detailed error will look like this:
Error: Helium call to [https://dispatcher.<region>.hana.ondemand.com:8443/hcproxy/api/accounts/<repository-id>/applications] failed with code [409]: [{"code": "1001", "message": "Could not create remote git repository: Repository already exists"}]
