Symptom

The SAP NetWeaver Application Server for Java, Netweaver Administrator (NWA) fails to load and the below error is logged in the default trace file:

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Cannot open repository for application 'com.sap.lm.itsam.ui.floorplan.FloorPlanApp'
indicates that the system is attempting to access the FloorPlanApp, but it cannot be found among the deployed components.
