Symptom

  • Connection to BSI TaxFactory version 11.0 is not working error

  • The RFC connection BSI11-US-TAX is also failing with following error:
    ERROR: timeout during allocate
    DETAIL: no connect of TP XXXXX from host <XXXX>

  • The following error can be seen in gateway trace (dev_rd):
    ----
    child (pid=XXXXXX) exited with exit code 255
    ... ...
    ECDSA host key for <host> has changed and you have requested strict checking.
    Host key verification failed.

  • It was working before, issue started happening after server backup/restore
