3745987 - DUPLICATE_RECORD_AT_RT_GUID error when executing the CSA validation for policy sap_sap_all

* All the images in this KBA are from SAP internal test systems. Any resemblance to the data or images is purely coincidental.

• When executing the validation via Configuration & Security Analysis (CSA) for policy SAP_SAP_ALL, the application returns the error: “DUPLICATE_RECORD_AT_RT_GUID”.
• CSA tiles may not list policies and the selection by extended system id may show no entries.
• The same error can occur for other CSA policies.
