3746069 - Error in Learning History Portlet

An error occurs in the Learning History portlet located in the People Profile > Learning and Development section. The error code displayed is "400 Bad Request," with the detailed error message: "The value of the ‘successfactors-companyid’ header is invalid." 

 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to the People Profile > Learning and Development section. 
2. Attempt to access the Learning History portlet.
3. Observe the error code "400 Bad Request" with the message: "The value of the ‘successfactors-companyid’ header is invalid."

Learning REST calls were failing due to a missing configuration required for this functionality to work.

Please reach out to support by submitting an incident. Our operations team will need to add the missing configuration to resolve the issue. This issue may only occur during initial configuration, as it requires a one-time configuration change.
