3746075 - Breadcrumbs disappear while scrolling on the content structure page in SuccessFactors Learning

Breadcrumb links (“My Learning / Item Title / Online content/...”) disappear when scrolling down while accessing online content (e.g., SCORM or PDF) on the content structure page.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to the SuccessFactors system. 
2. Navigate to the Learning module. 
3. Start or continue an item with online content.
4. On the content structure page, use the mouse wheel to scroll down. The breadcrumbs (“My Learning / Item Title / ...”) disappear. 

• The “My Learning” and course breadcrumb area is not designed to remain sticky during page scrolling. 
• Release 2605 introduced additional border space under the content player, causing an unnecessary outer page scrollbar and resulting in two scrollbars on the page.

To address this, A code fix is planned for the 2H2026 release to remove the unnecessary outer scrollbar beneath the content player.

Until the fix is available, advise learners to scroll within the content area by using the inner content scrollbar or keeping the mouse cursor over the content to avoid scrolling the entire page.
