3746083 - PCC-Regarding Manage Payroll Activities solution

If you are a new customer on the S/4HANA HCM (S4HCM101 and above) system, it is recommended to use the new solution Manage Payroll Activities and deactivate Payroll Process Management.

• Human Capital Management (HCM)
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)

If you have activated Manage Payroll Activities, please deactivate Payroll Process Management roles in Role-Based Permissions (RBP):

1. Go to Admin Center → Manage Permission Roles.
2. Edit the relevant permission role(s).
3. Remove the flags for Payroll Process Management from the role(s).
4. Keep only the flag for Manage Payroll Activities and related options.

After removing Payroll Process Management permissions, please clear the cache.
