Symptom

When the onboardee opens the To-Do task "Start Completing Your Profile", the page shows "No data" and appears blank.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as a onboardee.
  2. Open the To-Do panel.
  3. Select the task "Start Completing Your Profile".
  4. Observe the page displays "No data".

Cause

The GO record for EmployeeProfileHeader is currently missing.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Configure People Profile > Configure Header Fields.
  2. Make a temporary change and save the configuration.
  3. Allow approximately 3 minutes for the background synchronization process to complete.
  4. Log into the onboardee and verify whether the tasks are now displayed as expected.
