3746120 - Applicant pipeline status text and link disappear when clicked on the status in pipeline – Recruiting Management

When an application status is clicked in the applicant pipeline the status text and link disappears

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Open a job requisition that uses the applicant/talent pipeline.
2. In the talent pipeline, click any application status tile or link.
3. Observe that the selected status text and link are not visible (tile appears blank/white).

Theme Manager “Highlight Elements” settings configure background, text, and link colors as white, so the highlighted status renders white-on-white and appears blank.

1. In Admin Center, open Theme Manager.
2. Select and preview the currently active/default theme.
3. In the left menu, open Fine Tune.
4. Search for “Highlight Elements” and open the setting.
5. Change Text Color and Link Color to a darker, contrasting color (and verify Background Color as needed).
6. Save and apply the theme, then clear the browser cache and recheck the applicant pipeline.
