3746127 - AVC/CPQ calculated weight not transferred to PR, STO or PO and Procurement uses material data weight

• For configurable products using AVC/CPQ, the calculated weight is correctly determined and displayed in sales-side documents (sales order and delivery).
• When follow-on procurement documents are generated (purchase requisition, stock transfer order, purchase order), the calculated/configured weight is not transferred.
• Procurement documents instead use the default weight from material data.
• This results in inconsistent and incorrect weight values between sales-side and procurement-side documents.
• No specific error message or error code is displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a configurable product using variant configuration (AVC/CPQ) so that a configuration-based weight is calculated.
2. Create a sales order and delivery; observe the correct configuration-based weight displayed.
3. Generate follow-on procurement documents (purchase requisition, stock transfer order, or purchase order) from the sales process.
4. Open the procurement document and observe that the weight defaults to the material data weight instead of the configuration-based weight.

By design, procurement documents derive values such as weight from material data defaults and do not consume dynamically calculated AVC/CPQ values.
