3746292 - List to add table (file) to custom data product doesn't contain expected local table

When attempting to add local table to custom data product the same is missing from list.

SAP BDC
SAP Datasphere

1. On Data Product app.
2. Click to Add Local Tables (File).
3. Search for desired table and only get "no data".

This can be related to tables containing not supported data types.

Check for the types of data involved on related documentation: Data Types Supported By Local Tables (File)


As a workaround check if the type can't be converted to a supported one.
Example:
int1 (tiny int) can be predefined in the local table with data type converted from hana.tinyint to integer.
