3746346 - Error While Adding User via Organizational Chart in Calibration Sessions

During calibration sessions, when attempting to add a user via the Organizational Chart, the system returns the error message: “The user was not found. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=********, timestamp=****-**-*****:**:**.***+****, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring. )

NOTE:The same user can be successfully searched and identified in the People/Person Chart without any errors.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Start a calibration session.
2. Attempt to add a user through the organizational chart option.
3. Search for the employee.
4. Observe the error message: "The user was not found. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=********, timestamp=****-**-*****:**:**.***+****, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring. )

The Calibration OrgChart error (errorCode=3: ERROR_USER_NOT_FOUND) is caused by a primary assignment data inconsistency. The USERS_SYS_PRIMARY flag in USERS_SYSINFO is 0, but the actual primary assignment in V_USER_PRIMARY_ASSIGNMENT is 1.

  1. Go to Admin Center --> Check Tool
  2. Set Application Category to "User Management", Area to "User Information"
  3. Search for the check titled: "The primary assignment is correct for each person"
  4. Run the check — it will detect users with primary assignment inconsistencies (100+ issues found in this instance)
  5. Click "Quick Fix" to correct all detected inconsistencies
  6. After the fix, verify the affected users can be searched in the Calibration OrgChart without errors.
