3746364 - Open Performance Form Error: Unable to load data Internal error

After configuring a Dynamic Form Content rule to hide form sections based on a field value, opening a read-only (locked) form in a Collaborative step shows an error: Unable to load data Internal error

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. In the module picker, select Performance > Reviews
3. Select a performance form which is in read-only
4. Receive error

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 1H 2026 P5. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.

Workarounds

• Navigate to Assign Rules in Talent and remove the rule from the Form Opening trigger
• Wait for the timer to expire for the user who's editing the form. This will unlock the form and allow edits.
