3746372 - Spell Check is triggered by default in 360 forms and causes 404 error

Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Spell Check tool should be deprecated in 360 forms, however, it is still triggered by default and when clicking on "Next" button, error appears: 

"Looks like something went wrong. 
Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator.
Error Code: 404 Page Not Found"

    Environment

    SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews 1H 2026

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Complete 360 form evaluation as a Participant and try to submit the form
    2. Popup message appears to "Scan the form"
    3. The option “Perform Spell Check” is selected by default
    4. Click on Next, the system triggers a backend process related to Spell Check
    5. Error message appears: "404 Page Not Found"

    Resolution

    Product Engineering is investigating a solution.

    Workaround

    Disable "Perform Spell Check" on the popup window and click Next.
