3746381 - Screen Reader Announces Tabs as 'Links' and Not Announced As Selected When Creating New Calibration Session

Symptom

When using a screen reader to create a new calibration session, the Basic Info, People, and Validation tabs are announced as links and are not announced as selected:

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into SuccessFactors with a screen reader
  2. In the global search, type Manage Calibration Sessions
  3. Select Create New
  4. Navigate to the Basic Info, People, and Validation tabs
  5. The screen reader announces each of the tabs as links and does not announce when they have been selected

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
