The "Find User" search field in job requisitions displays all users instead of only members of the assigned recruiting group.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open any job requisition.
2. Navigate to Requisition Team Information.
3. Under the Recruiter section, select Find Users.

Engineering has resolved the issue in the 2611 release and  the fix has been patched into the 2605 release for both preview and production environments.
