3746404 - Creating a process stuck with status "Importing file" in Import Master Data - Business Partners app

When uploading an Excel file via the "Import Master Data - Business Partners" app, the system remains in an "Importing file" status.

SAP Master Data Governance-SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Launch Fiori app: Import Master Data - Business Partners.
2. Upload the file.
3. Press Create.
4. process is stuck at "Importing file" status

Feature toggle MDC_BP_CLOUD_READY is inactive in the system for the Import Master Data - BP app to function as expected. 

• The feature MDC_BP_CLOUD_READY toggle can be activated via 'Configure your Solutions' App and can be activated in Dev / Customizing system via CBC Configuration - Activate Features. Via 'Activate Features', you can activate the MDC_BP_CLOUD_READY toggle, pack it in a Transport and release it to the Q and P systems as per 3-System Landscape and Transport Management
