3746464 - Input control linked analysis ignored when refreshing a story using calculations in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Input Control does not respect the Linked Analysis configuration.
• After refreshing a story, the Input Control selection filters all widgets on the page, instead of only the widgets specified in Linked Analysis.
• Issue only occurs when the story uses calculations.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.2.16

1. Open a story page that contains one Input Control, and multiple widgets, like a chart, and a table.
2. Configure Linked Analysis on the Input Control so it affects only specific widgets (for example, one table and one chart) and explicitly excludes at least one other chart on the same page.
3. Ensure the story contains calculations used by charts (for example, calculated dimensions and restricted measures).
4. Switch to View mode and change the Input Control value; observe that only the linked widgets are updated as expected.
5. Refresh the story.
6. Observe that the previously unlinked chart is now affected (for example, shows no data or filtered results), indicating the Input Control selection was applied globally after the story is refreshed.
