3746481 - Issue on position's versioning on Incentive Management

• When creating a position version in Manage Version, the preview shows credit end date and process end date as the last day of the month, but after clicking Apply both dates change to the previous day.
• Example: 3/31/2026 changes to 3/30/2026; 12/31 changes to 12/30 after saving.
• At times an error is displayed: "effective end date cannot precede processing end date."
