3746499 - Mismatch in pickListValues provided for field 'status' with the index 0 message returning in API - Recruiting Management

An error occurs when candidates apply for jobs via and We receive this data through API.

The issue is caused by a mismatch in the picklist mapping for the 'status' field in Job Application template, there's other status field created on the template, causing the system to not understand which field it should refer to.

Update the configuration to ensure that the status picklist is correctly assigned to the statusId field. Review and adjust the Job Application Template to confirm that only a single field with the status field ID is present.

After correcting the template configuration, update the relevant integration logic so it recognizes and aligns with the revised field setup.
