3746571 - MS04: not display ScCOSt (C3) due to A&D subcontracting not supported in long-term planning.

Symptom

In T-code MD04, MRP element ''Subcontr. Customer Order Stock (ScCOSt)'' and ''Subcontr. Project  Stock (ScPrSt)'' can be displayed.
However, it is observed that these stock segments are invisible in long-term planning via t-code MS04.
