3746577 - The delete button is missing in System Overview, Housekeeping page in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • The System Overview Housekeeping feature for batch deletion of unused objects, announced for Fast Track tenants and the 2025.Q2 QRC release, is not found in the tenant.
  • The deletion button or any UI element to perform the batch deletion is missing in the System Overview screen.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the System Overview screen in the tenant.
  2. Go to Housekeeping page and switch to Content tab
  3. Scroll down to the Content table, notice that there is no "Delete" button available. The other "Fact Sheet", "Editor" and "Overview" link are present.

Cause

This is a known issue when the SAP Analytics Cloud tenant is hosted in SAP HANA Cloud.

Resolution

The issue is planed to be fixed in the next Quarterly Release Cycle 2026.08 (2026 QRC2) version
