3746603 - Competency/Skills disappear when added via Manage Job Profiles - New Experience

A Job Profile in “Manage Job Profiles” is not showing the Skill/Competency mapped via New experience whereas this appears in Manage Data and in the “Job Profile – Skill mapping” export file.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Create or Edit a Job Profile for any role.
2. Ensure Latest Experience is enabled, add skills/competency and save/update.
3. Reopen the profile and observe that the skills/competency disappear, while the data is visible in Manage Data and in the Job Profile–Skill mapping export.

NOTE: Same behavior is noticed when skill/competency is mapped via API Upsert.

Workaround:

When the Skill/Competency is mapped after turning off the New Experience, the mapping stays intact and shows when the new experience is turned on.
