Symptom
A Job Profile in “Manage Job Profiles” is not showing the Skill/Competency mapped via New experience whereas this appears in Manage Data and in the “Job Profile – Skill mapping” export file.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
Reproducing the Issue
- Create or Edit a Job Profile for any role.
- Ensure Latest Experience is enabled, add skills/competency and save/update.
- Reopen the profile and observe that the skills/competency disappear, while the data is visible in Manage Data and in the Job Profile–Skill mapping export.
NOTE: Same behavior is noticed when skill/competency is mapped via API Upsert.
