From 1H 2026, Information about tag usage in text fields with character limits shows when clicking on info icon.

Message shows as: When your content’s tag usage exceeds 100%, the character count will become inaccurate. These tags may be from rich text formatting or hidden tags introduced by copy-pasting.

In the previous version, when users entered content in text fields with character limits, they weren't informed about their tag usage or what could happen if they exceeded the system's tag limit.

In the current version, there's an information icon next to the character count. Users can select this icon to see their current tag usage and whether the character count is accurate.

Character usage is different and tag usage is different. Character usage you can see "xxx characters left" before the info icon.

Tag usage is something from rich text or hidden HTML tags which comes when you copy paste the comments from word document.

You can try copy pasting the content from word document where you could see the tag usage shows some percent. Whereas copy pasting the same content from note pad will show as 0% tag usage. This is because when copy pasting the content from word document, along with content it also copies the backend HTML tags which will not be visible in form.
