3746670 - Selecting an Action from the All Actions Menu Results in Continuous Loading in latest people profile - 1H 2026

When selecting All Actions > Change Job and Compensation Information in the Latest People Profile, the screen displays a three-dot loading indicator and never finishes loading; the popup does not open.The same behavior occurs for other actions from All Actions, such as Terminate and Edit/Add Global Assignment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Full People Profile

1. Navigate to any employee’s profile in the Latest People Profile (Full Profile).
2. Select All Actions > Change Job and Compensation Information.
3. Observe that the loading indicator (three dots) persists and the dialog never opens.
4. Repeat using All Actions > Terminate or Edit/Add Global Assignment to reproduce the same behavior.
