3746732 - 1H 2026 - Unable to save custom reportable fields under "Configure Reportable Custom Fields" in Provisioning - Recruiting Management

Unable to make custom fields reportable or remove fields which were made as reportable under “Configure Reportable Custom Fields” in Provisioning.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log into provisioning
2. Go to "Configure Reportable Custom Fields"
3. Depending on template required select -> Job req / Application / Candidate
4. For this example, configuring type text custom field on job requisition
   
5. Enter field name into next available text box.
6. Scroll to bottom
7. Click "Save Extended Field Mapping"
8. Click "Synchronize Existing Data"
9. Click "Synchronize Extended Field Data"
10. Check under 'Configure Custom to Extended Field Mapping', the field which was made reportable is not saved. 

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation.
