3746737 - Cannot change HU requirement in storage type - SAP S/4Hana Cloud Public Edition

System does not allow the user to change and save the HU requirement in a storage type settings.

OR

System throws the error '/SCWM/LT273 - Cannot change the HU requirement' while changing the HU requirement in a storage type

Expected system behavior. 

As per the current system design in the public cloud system, the HU requirement setting of a storage type cannot be changed after the storage type has been created.

If required, create a new storage type and set the required HU requirement during creation.
