In Interview Scheduling, the green checkmark indicator appears inconsistently across interviewers.

Some interviewers display a green checkmark while others do not, leading to confusion regarding the confirmation status and the overall functionality of the indicator.

The green checkmark may not appear for all interviewers in every scenario due to the following factors:

• Interviewer Has Not Confirmed Yet:
  Some interviewers may not have responded to the scheduling invitation or confirmed their availability at the time the schedule is viewed.
• Timing of Candidate Selection:
  When a candidate selects a time slot, interviewers are notified however, their confirmation may not be immediate and depends on their response time.
• System Configuration:
  Depending on the Interview Scheduling setup, some interviewers may be configured as optional or follow different confirmation workflows.
• Email Delivery or Response Delays:
  The green checkmark reflects confirmation status only and does not guarantee that an email has been delivered or acted upon. Delays in email delivery or interviewer response may impact visibility.

The behavior of the green checkmark indicator is functioning as designed:

• Green Checkmark Present:
  Indicates that the interviewer has actively confirmed their availability for the interview.
• No Green Checkmark:
  Indicates that the interviewer has not yet confirmed their availability or that their confirmation status is still pending.
