Symptom

  • There are only few countries available under Country/Region in Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup > Settings > Set Onboarding 1.0 Settings > Apply Onboarding 1.0 to Job Requisitions that meet the following criteria.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup
  2. Under Settings > Apply Onboarding 1.0 to Job Requisitions that meet the following criteria, select Country/Region. 
  3. See that Only few countries are listed.

Cause

Configuration Issue:

  • There are only few countries selected in Set Up Job Board Options under Country/Region and State/Province Values Set up 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Set up Job Boards Options
  2. Select Country/Region and State/Province Values Set up
  3. Under Custom Select, choose all the country/region you wish to appear in Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup
