3747004 - Error: "The system creation has failed. Destination XXXXX is already used by a connected system" in SAP Ariba Invoicing

Symptom

I am trying to Connect a system in SAP Ariba Invoicing (7YH), I cannot proceed with the connection due to an error I'm receiving.
Error "The system creation has failed. Destination XXXXX is already used by a connected system, or the connected system name XXX already exists"
