3747009 - Getting the Defect Groups error: 412 Precondition Failed

Symptom

An error occurs when using the nonconformance group in DM and clicking on the "Sync" button in the Sync QM Group.
Error message is the following: "Getting the Defect Groups error: 412 Precondition Failed - System error: Destination <DESTINATION> couldn’t be found (Error: Failed to get destination with name '<DESTINATION>')."
