3747113 - Proxy now search shows "There were no results" for past/future effective proxies

Symptom

In Proxy Now, when searching for account holders with proxy assignments that have past or future effective dates, the system is expected to display the message “No matching results. Try a different search.” However, the system instead shows “There were no results.” -> Optimized User Search for Proxy Now | SAP Help Portal
When Enable SAP User Experience Updates is enabled in Company System and Logo Settings, Proxy Now displays the message “No matching results. Try a different search.” for account holders with proxy assignments that have past or future effective dates. However, when Enable SAP User Experience Updates is disabled, Proxy Now displays “There were no results.” instead.
