3747114 - How do I claim a new email domain for my SAP Business Network supplier account?

Symptom

My company's email domain has changed, but the new domain does not appear under Settings > Manage Account Email Domains section even though I have already updated the administrator's email address. Additionally, there is no button to allow me to add a new domain manually.
