Symptom
- Instance Refresh Tool validation fails when attempting to schedule a refresh.
- Error codes observed: TENANTREFRESH_REQUEST_CONTAINS_INVALID_DATA.
- Error codes observed: TENANTREFRESH_VALIDATION_ERROR_WHILE_CALC_NO_OF_IRT_COMPLETED_REFRESHES.
- When selecting Check quota in the Instance Refresh Tool, the message appears: “The system can’t retrieve the refresh quota information due to network issues. Please try again in 15 minutes or contact Technical Support." However, you still have refresh quota after checking in the IRT tool.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Instance Refresh Tool and initiate scheduling of a refresh between source and target tenants.
- Proceed through configuration until validation starts.
- Observe that validation ends with “Validation Failed” and the listed error codes.
- Click Check quota and observe the “can’t retrieve the refresh quota information due to network issues” message.
Cause
Known issue with BizX base domain/URL change due to reverse proxy deprecation, which led to incorrect company metadata/base URL for a related tenant, breaking entitlement calculation and authentication used by the Instance Refresh Tool.
Resolution
Raise a ticket under LOD-SF-PLT-IRT.
