3747137 - Brazil Withholding Taxes - RERAPP Displays Incorrect Withholding Tax (IRF) in Simulation Mode for Brazil

Symptom

When using transaction RERAPP in simulation mode for Brazil, the Withholding Tax (WHT/IRF) calculation is incorrect. The simulated tax values do not reflect the correct cumulative base amount when multiple documents are being processed in the same run. However, when the transaction is executed in "Update Run" mode, the WHT is calculated correctly.
