Symptom
- During automatic enrollment of insurance benefits for new hires, the “create or update benefit enrollments for employee master data changes” job does not create the expected enrollment.
- Error message in execution logs: "ligible,Error Occurred while getting Insurance Premium Contributions for Employee,There is no insurance rate available for the selected health check status No Selection in the rate chart|| Please contact your administrator to create a new rate chart entry with health check No Selection to proceed with the enrolment"

Reproducing the Issue
- Sign in with an administrator role.
- Navigate to Scheduled Job Manager > Job Scheduler.
- Run the job “Create or Update Benefit Enrollments for Employee Master Data Changes.”
- Verify a recent new hire expected to be auto-enrolled in an insurance benefit is not enrolled
- Open Execution Manager, download the job log, and observe the error listed in the Symptom section.
Cause
After the 1H 2026 release, there is an incorrect validation of standard fields even though insurance rate rule is configured.
Resolution
The issue will be fixed via patch on May 12th for preview environments.
