3747171 - Inactive status not shown on user who is having Multiple Employments.

In People Profile > Spotlight, some users with multiple employments see all employment rows marked as Active, with NO inactive status shown for terminated employments.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Concurrent Employment

1. Navigate to People Profile and open Spotlight for a user who has multiple employments.
2. Select the Terminated Employment. 
3. Inactive employee status is not shown on profile header.

The Assignment Type is not set to "ST_PAST" due to inactive manager on Job Information which caused the HRIS Sync job to fail while updating the status of the user to "Inactive". 

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation and is planned to fix in 2H 2026 release until then please follow the below workaround. 

Workaround: Update the Manager field in Job Information to "No manager" or select active manager in Job Information.
