Symptom

  • When accessing the Workflow Service (WFS) destination (for example, workflowmanagementsaas) in the SAP BTP Cockpit, the user receives a “Not Authorized” error and locked.
  • The issue occurs while testing or consuming the destination, or when launching Workflow-related applications.
