Encountering an Internal error [Error Code: 500] when attempting to view a Compensation History from Latest People Profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Compensation Information
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Full People Profile

1. Navigate to Employee Profile with multiple compensation records.
2. Go to the Compensation portlet.
3. Click on History [Clock Icon] Of Compensation Information.
4. Error "Looks like something went wrong Error Code: 500 Internal error".

1. The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
2. As a workaround, disable 'Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile' in Configure Latest People Profile.
