Encountering an Internal error [Error Code: 500] when attempting to view a Compensation History from Latest People Profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Compensation Information
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Full People Profile

1. Navigate to Employee Profile with multiple compensation records.
2. Go to the Compensation portlet.
3. Click on History [Clock Icon] Of Compensation Information.
4. Error "Looks like something went wrong Error Code: 500 Internal error".

The employee has Compensation Information records dated before the user's hire date.

• Correct the Compensation Information records so that all records are dated after the employee’s hire date.
