3747265 - eDocument Mexico: No Records in Create Withholding Tax Certificates App

No records found by querying the records in the APP eDocument Mexico: Create Withholding Tax Certificates. Moreover, it's found that no eDocument gets created since the accounting document is marked as Irrelevant in the eDocument Cockpit. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Create Withholding Tax Certificates App.
2. Enter selection criteria (for example, company code, reporting year, and a relevant posting date range) and start the search.
3. Observe that no records are found.
4. Open the eDocument Cockpit App.
5. Switch to change mode.
6. Enter the accounting document information and mark indicators “With Errors”, “Not yet Created”, and “Not Relevant”.
7. Execute and observe the document is shown with status “Irrelevant”.

Configuration issue happens on the setup of Assign eDocument Type to Accounting Document Type (SSCUI 102188) or Activate Source Type Documents for Company Code (SSCUI 102190)

Please ensure that

• EDOC_LIST source type is added in the Activate Source Type Documents for Company Code (SSCUI 102190).
• MX_IWTC document types is added in the Assign eDocument Type to Accounting Document Type (SSCUI 102188).

After making this change, kindly retest the scenario and check if the issue is resolved.
