3747270 - Locked Learning Administrator sees "Learning Administration" option in Dashboard and encounters validation error when accessing

• A user with a locked related Learning Administrator account still sees “Learning Administration” in the Learning > Dashboard menu.
• When selecting “Learning Administration”, the following validation error appears: “You cannot login now as you are locked by the application. Please contact the system administrator to enable your login” .

1. Set the user's related Learning Administration account to Locked. 
2. In Learning, open Dashboard and observe that “Learning Administration” is available in the menu.
3. Select “Learning Administration”.
4. Observe the validation error displayed stating "You cannot login now as you are locked by the application. Please contact the system administrator to enable your login" 

• This behavior is expected due to the system's design.
• Locking the related admin account does not remove the `Learning Administration` option from Dashboard menu. Users attempting to access this option will encounter a validation error. 

If your goal is to completely hide the `Learning Administration` option from the Dashboard menu, you will need to remove the related user from the corresponding admin account.

Here are the steps to achieve this: 

1. Access Learning Administration. 
2. Navigate People-> Users-> Search for user and open the record.
3. Locate the `Related Admin` field to identify the relevant admin account. 
4. Now, Go to System Administration-> Security-> Administrators
5. Search for the admin account and open the record in edit mode.
6. Locate the `Related User` field and remove the user
7. Apply the changes. 

Once these steps are completed, the `Learning Administration` option will no longer appear in Dashboard menu.

Note: Locking the related admin account in LMS will not fully remove Learning Administration access, as users may still search for it in the BizX home page. However, they will encounter a validation error when attempting to access it. To completely revoke access, you will need to remove the 'Learning Admin Access' RBP from BizX.
